SUMMARY

The Trojan War is over, the Spartans are returning home and all that is left is to divide up the spoils. Those spoils are the women left behind, passed as slaves between the victorious leaders and as day breaks they are told their fates. But war is cruel, and it will only grow crueller with the dawn.

This February, in the Assembly Rooms Theatre, DUCT presents Euripides' great play, a story of the woe and dignity that comes in a world beyond hope, in a challenging, powerful and original production.

Admission: £5.50(£5)
