SUMMARY

Needing no introduction, 'Pride and Prejudice' is quite simply one of the funniest and most life-affirming romances. Elizabeth is greatly unimpressed by the haughty Mr Darcy. When he snubs her at a dance, she considers him proud and arrogant, but as events unfold, the spirited Elizabeth discovers that a man can change his manners, and a lady her mind. This is a timeless and enchanting story of love, marriage and mutual understanding.

In celebration of the 200th anniversary of Jane Austen's iconic novel, ‘Pride and Prejudice’ takes place in the Great Hall in the Durham Castle on the 24th to the 26th of February. Promising to be one of the biggest theatrical performances this year, the show is sure to be a incredible, musical and heartwarming experience!
